Aselsan Is Ready to Produce TOLUN Miniature Bombs For The F-16 and Akinci

A defense company from Turkiye.

Aselsan, is ready to produce TOLUN miniature bombs for F-16 fighter jets and other platforms such as the Akinci drone.

This bomb test was successfully carried out with the Turkish Air Force F-16 fighter jet and Bayraktar Aknc combat drone (UCAV) some time ago.

TOLUN was developed as an INS/GPS-guided munition.

The bomb is fired from an aerial platform with INS or GPS guidance against hard and soft ground targets.
With a range of 100 km (62 mi), the TOLUN has a variety of penetration and particle-effect warheads.

Aselsan is also developing a smart multi-carrying quad rack with its miniature bomb project.

With the SADAK-4T Smart Pneumatic Quad Rack, an aircraft carrying four small bombs can be placed under the wing of an F-16 aircraft.

This creates game-changing capabilities with concurrent multi-target engagement.

Previously at the Paris Air Show 2023, Aselsan exhibited the TOLUN Miniature Bomb, the TOLUN IIR Guided Miniature Bomb, the SADAK-4T Intelligent Pneumatic Quad Rack, as well as the GZDE and LGK-82 guide kits.

The company is also displaying ammunition, avionics, and electro-optical products designed for aerial platforms.
